Delivery from the USA is quoted individually for every order: American suppliers do not always list weight and dimensions, so we confirm them before calculating. You find the part through search and send a request — we calculate and send you the total. Nothing is charged until you confirm the order.
Two options are available.
Our delivery — turnkey. We buy the part in the USA, ship it to Georgia and clear customs ourselves. You get one final price: the item, shipping, customs clearance and all fees in a single figure — nothing to pay on top. Collection: pickup in Batumi or Tbilisi.
Via your own forwarder — cheaper. If you have your own forwarder in the USA (Camex, Inex, USA2Georgia — any of them), we deliver the part to their warehouse. You then receive it through your forwarder, and customs clearance is handled on their side. It works out cheaper because clearance is not included in our price. This option is coming soon.
Customs is clearly split: with the first option it is on us, with the second it is on your side. You choose when sending the quote request.

Items ordered individually from a supplier (marked as “Non-returnable”) are not subject to return or exchange in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Georgia on Consumer Rights Protection.
Deposited funds are a prepayment for services. The unused amount is refunded upon the client request within up to 14 days. The client is responsible for correctly indicating their ID (PG-B##### / PG-S#####) in the payment purpose.
